Located in East Cobb, just north of Atlanta, Georgia, The Emerson Drummers is a community group open to anyone who wants to learn to drum the rhythms of West Africa.

Using traditional West African drums, the Emerson Drummers generate a powerful energy with rhythms and songs handed down by master drummers.

It is with great joy that these rhythms are learned- to be appreciated, preserved and most of all performed. It is an honor and a great joy to give these traditional songs voice.
